Intellectual property

- Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables defined in the agreement.
- Methods, templates, frameworks, and pre existing materials remain the property of Know Leap Strategies.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during a project. This does not apply to information already public, independently developed, or received lawfully from a third party.
Third party services
Projects may involve third party platforms such as hosting, analytics, email, and social platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. Know Leap Strategies is not responsible for third party outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by third parties.
Website use
- Do not attempt to interfere with site security or operation.
- Do not use the site to transmit unlawful or harmful content.
- Do not scrape or copy site content for resale without written permission.
Disclaimer
Services and the site are provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee outcomes, rankings, revenue, or performance metrics.
Limitation of liability

Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement as defined in the applicable agreement. Fees for work performed up to termination remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.
